The following is a list of coursework for the Certificate for Public Health Preparedness & Response Competencies Program. 

Clicking on the links below will directly link you to the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Emergency Management Institute (EMI) or other university.  You will be required to complete another registration form. 

Please follow the instructions on their website for registration and taking the courses. 

Note:  Each FEMA course contains several modules.  You must complete one module before continuing to the next.  However, you may leave the site between modules and return and a later date to complete the next module. 

System Requirements for the FEMA EMI Learning Center Site: The FEMA EMI Learning Center system currently only supports MS Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. It also currently only supports MS Windows operating system.

    Fiscal Year 07.
  • Required for CHA Advanced Level employees
